February Nonprofit of the Month - United Negro College Fund

10% of all ATR sales are donated to national organizations working to improve the lives of real people. In addition to our regular nonprofits, we feature a different national organization each month.

February's nonprofit of the month is the United Negro College Fund.
For more than 70 years the United Negro College Fund has been working to help more African American students attend and thrive in college.
UNCF awards more than $100 million in scholarships each year and is the foremost advocate of the importance of minority educational opportunities.  Since 1944 UNCF has raised nearly 5 billion dollars in scholarship funding to helping more than 450,000 students attend and succeed in college.
" UNCF's mission is to build a robust and nationally-recognized pipeline of under-represented students who, because of UNCF support, become highly-qualified college graduates and to ensure that our network of member institutions is a respected model of best practice in moving students to and through college."
